This is a four-part course (four Fridays) that covers the core components of Python programming with topics selected to be relevant for research in data science.

Location and Time
This short course will be in the Blocker Building from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST on each of the four Fridays: April 5, 12, 19, and 26.

Registration is required and seating is limited to 55.
Sessions *
Each day is 5 hours, with a one hour lunch break between morning and afternoon.

Please specify which days you will be available to attend the class in-person, even if you can't make the full time period. 

The four days are a sequence, i.e., April 5 is a prerequisite of April 12. If you must miss a day, we can work with you to make it up.
